Hi there this is Paula here I have just had Kim groom lady one of my three dogs and I had to get on and let you know that Kim is a lovely kind person and a geniune dog lover like myself , taking time to understand my wishes and got to know my dogs putting them at ease and confident before grooming I think Bonnie and Taz are counting down the days on their paws till its there turn , not only for the convenience but good value for money which means a lot in this current financial climate, I also think I have made a lovely friend too what a bonus I seriously recomend Groomingdales Hoping your animals are as happy as mine :-)

Thank you so much to Kim for doing such a fantastic job on grooming our cat, Keira. It is lovely to stroke her without feeling matted knots. She is a very happy moggy now and totally enjoyed the pampering experience. Her coat has a beautiful glossy shine to it now. I cannot recommend Kim enough. She is very professional and a lovely person. We will definitely be using Groomingdales on a regular basis.

I can't thank Kim enough for the wonderful job she did hand-stripping my border terrier Barney. It was great to meet a groomer who so obviously loves dogs and was so thoughtful and caring with Barney. I was very impressed that Kim took the time to research Barney's health problems and kept his problems in mind when grooming him. She is certainly up for a challenge! I would definitely recommend Kim, and I wish her every success with her grooming business.

OMG, what can I say, Kim has just transformed my little old man, an 11 yr old Border Terrier, into a little puppy!
He looks gorgeous and is running round the house like no-ones business.
Kim was very caring and professional with her priority to ensure that Pugsley was happy throughout.

Kim is the best dog groomer I have ever known and would recommend her to anybody. I have a 12 year old Bearded Collie and a 9.5 year old Labrador. Kim is very professional, friendly and the dogs love her. It is always a pleasure to see Kim. I cannot praise her highly enough. Maxine. xx

Kim groomed our cocker spaniel Jade today, we cannot fault the whole process at all. Jade looks lovely and we will definately use Kim again, you can tell she is a really genuine dog lover and she does a wonderful job.

I finally decided to get my very scruffy little dog professionally groomed. As he is very much a Heinz 57 with a fair bit of poodle I've always been a bit embarrased even ask what could be done to tidy him up. Kim was great and took great care transforming Cooper - he looks great and I bet he feels better too. A very happy customer and her dog

Have been taken my dog barney to kims for about a year now,Kim is so good with barney makes him look and smell lovely,In fact barney loves getting treats and having a good old rub.
I would not take barney any were else and the fact i know he is in safe hands is a big plus.

Had my two Yorkies groomed yesterday, Poppy (4 and sleek) and Max (11 months and scruffy). They came out fab. Bit nervous at the beginning, in fact Poppy turned round and went back to the car! By time I collected them they were totally relaxed and happy, all bright eyes and waggy tails to say nothing of their VERY shiny, neat coats, even Max the scruff, shone. They didnt want to leave! Appreciated the time Kim spent in discussing my dogs prior to visit and on arrival. Salon exceptionally clean, spick and span. Very good prices too. Salon well located and easy to find. Well done Kim for a great job (and your Mum of course). Will DEF use again, no question.

Would definitely recommend Kim as a groomer for anyone looking to have their dogs groomed to an excellent standard. Have had my Border Terrier, Holly by Kim and have never seen a better hand strip. No one else puts in more time or effort into making sure all the dogs that come here are competely comfortable and happy to come every single time. Holly loves being groomed now and Kims complete top priority is the health and comfort of the dog, their welfare always comes first. The salon is clean and tidy and prices are good to. Would not have anybody else groom Holly so would absolutely recommend that this is the place for anyone to come!
